Precautions due to Covid-19

The Royal Armoury follows the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Sweden, and has adapted its activities accordingly:

Social distancing inside and outside of the museum

We will ensure that the number of visitors does not exceed more than 50 persons. In case of queues we will maintain distance between visitors.

Distance marks

There are distance markers in the museum.

Safety cleaning

We will make sure that exposed areas in the museum will be cleaned more frequently. Our As a visitor you can find hand sanitizers in various spots in the museum. Of course, as a visitor you always have access to soap and water in our restrooms.

Only cashless payments accepted

We are no longer accepting cash payments at the museum.

Summertime at The Royal Armoury

Opening hours

June 15 - August 31: 11 am - 5 pm
Midsummer eve and Midsummer's day (19-20 June) the museum will be closed

Unfortunately, our guided tours will be cancelled during the summer. Instead our museum hosts/guides will be in the museum auditorium, every day at 12.30 pm - 2.30 pm, answering questions related to the exhibition.
