The beautiful, unique premises of the Royal Armoury are located in the Royal Palace, in the heart of Stockholm. We hire venues for different kinds of events for companies, associations and organisations, as well as private individuals. Why not book as part of a conference at the museum? Combine with a guided tour or a lecture
Add a little royal glamour to your event with a guided tour. The focus can be on, for example, queens, royal scandals, spectacular ceremonies or fashion. Or a walk through Gamla Stan, Stockholm’s Old Town, where we walk in the footsteps of Sweden’s royal history, from Vasa to Bernadotte.

Book a lecture or a guided tour
Please specify in your booking whether you would like a lecture or a guided tour when submitting your booking request. A guided tour is included in the price when you book a venue with us. A lecture costs SEK 2,000.
Catering in connection with events
The Royal Armoury has partnerships with several catering companies, which can be hired in connection with your event. When you book an event, you also book the catering.

The Stone Hall
The Stone Hall is a large, bright room with a high vaulted ceiling. It is ideal for a magnificent party or an elegant photograph.

Additional costs
Unless otherwise specified, the price stated only applies to the venue. Costs of security will be an extra SEK 500 per hour on weekdays and SEK 600 per hour on weekends and Fridays when the museum is usually closed. The museum is open Tuesday-Sunday from 11:00-17:00 and on Thursdays from 11:00-20:00.

The Lecture Room
The Lecture Room is the perfect venue for lectures and conferences. It can also be used for guests to mingle before a party in the Stone Room, or just for a short time.

The Royal Carriage Hall
If you are looking for a beautiful venue for a shorter gathering, the Royal Carriage Hall is a good alternative. The venue is most suitable for a photograph, a social gathering on foot or a welcome drink.
