Friends of the Royal Armoury
The friend association was founded in May 2001 with the purpose of supporting the activities of the Royal armoury. Today, we have over 900 members, offering history enthusiasts a diverse program of activities. Through our activities, we aim to generate interest in Sweden's history.
By providing financial contributions to the Friends of the Royal Armoury, we help to spread knowledge about the unique historical artifacts stored and preserved in the museum's exhibitions and collections.
In our effort to promote new historical knowledge, the friend association annually awards a scholarship of 25,000 SEK.
